The comment by VSK Witness in our last post probably expresses what a lot of (male) readers really like about this blog and others like it: The visual candy. Hot photos.
There may be some female readers who enjoy these kinds of photos too, but we have not heard from them too much. It appears to be a guy thing. No surprises there. Men are highly visual, particularly to female beauty; and it's been that way from the beginning of existance. Since it might be generalized that females are more in tune with relational connections, we might surmise that our women readers are more interested in experiences and feelings connected to the underlying story of our blog.
We've been happy to titillate and entertain, but we are reconciling ourselves to the subtle change in the nature of this blog from its original intent. We wanted to present a continuing story of our venture into realms of sexual exploration, but a review of the progression of this blog shows that it may have morphed into a collection of photo-erotica than a thoughtful written work. This is not necessarily a bad thing because the visuals were intended to convey our sexuality. And this blog, for better or worse, is about our sexuality. We don't have a problem with photo-erotica either, because the blogs we list to the right as some of our favorites do a great job pumping us up with hot photos too.
But we've been contemplating where we are going with Lexicon. It has always been about a willingness to explore new avenues, and willingness to let that exploration take turns...or even terminate. We don't know for sure right now. We might need time for fresh and significant events to occur that will provide us with material worth writing about, or time to develop a creative spin to visually conveying our sexuality. We have discussed concepts behind this second idea, and the intent is to provide something more artistic, original, loving and sensual, rather than straight porno shots, and also remain true to the original objective of the blog: an exciting and true story of our sexual explorations and experiences.
Until we figure things out we wanted to say thank you to all the interested readers and bloggers with whom we have shared thoughts and experiences. We'll still keep Lexicon going for a while yet.

We can totally understand where you are coming from with regards to this. It can be quite hard to not fall into the trap of posting FOR people and having great ideas...I think you guys have done a great job with your blog and I/we really like reading it.
Hi guys
I truely love the imagery associated with your blog it portrays beauty and that is always appreciated by whoever might visit. I agree with you. Men in general as u said are more visually orientated. I am one of them. Maybe you should consider making a new blog for your beautiful photos where you can creatively go wild while keeping lexicon alive with your literature and some supporting visuals. Its just an idea.
I hope you huys had a great weekend.
Enjoy
